Run the shop

Invoicing, payments and fleet billing

Bill from what actually happened on the job, then collect without a week of phone calls.

Invoices are generated from completed work orders, so labor, parts and authorized lines carry over without re-entry. Retail customers pay by card through Stripe, and fleet accounts can be billed on a consolidated invoice covering many vehicles and work orders, with a statement of account in their portal.

The problem

The gap between finished and paid

Work finishes on Tuesday and gets invoiced on Friday, from a summary someone types by hand. Fleet accounts then dispute a line nobody can trace.

  • Manual re-entry between the job record and the invoice.
  • Missed parts and labor that never reach the bill.
  • Fleet accounts receiving dozens of separate invoices.
  • Collections chased by phone with no shared statement.

  1. 01

    Generate from the job

The invoice inherits authorized lines, actual labor and consumed parts from the work order.

  2. 02

    Apply account rules

Retail pricing, fleet contract rates, tax handling and PO references are applied per account.

  3. 03

    Deliver and collect

Send by email or SMS with a payment link; card payments are processed through Stripe.

  4. 04

    Consolidate for fleets

Group work orders into a period invoice, with per-vehicle detail and a statement in the fleet portal.
