It covers visitors to this website and people who contact us for a demo or evaluation. Repair shops using the Vlatrix product are additionally governed by the agreement signed with their organization.

Contact details you submit through demo and contact forms — name, company, email, phone and the message you write. Basic technical information such as pages viewed, referring source, browser and approximate region.

To respond to your request, schedule a demo, keep a record of the conversation, and improve the content of this site. We do not sell personal information.

Shop and fleet records entered in the product belong to the customer organization that entered them. Vlatrix processes that data to operate the service, and access is restricted to staff who need it for support and reliability work. See the security page for the controls in place.

We use third parties to run the service and this site, including payment processing (Stripe), messaging (Twilio), email, and cloud hosting. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.

Enquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is active or under consideration, and removed on request. Product data retention follows the customer agreement.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@vlatrix.com and we will respond.
